Work out with me on a one to one basis using all Applecross has to offer, whether it is running the local paths, a blood pumping HIIT work out or a relaxing core strength building work out. By

making the most of the local environment, I will ensuring you get the most out of your work out.


12 Week Plan

Personal programing service including fitness assessment, goal setting, a week by week progressive plan working towards the set goals. 12 weekly one to one check ins . On line support group.  Access to online members only material, including nutritional information, meal plans and more. Available locally or remotely via telephone contact or skype.


Circuit Training

Foundation Fitness

Monday     5.00pm             Hartfield House Hostel 

A circuit of 10 stations working legs, upper body, core and some cardio.


Friday  12.00pm            Hartfield House, Applecross Gym

Basic body weight exercises for a whole body workout.  Awaken those less used muscles and build up core strength.
